Last Generation News
We have been getting calls and comments about the events that are taking place around the world. Many people are wanting to know what is going on. These are Christians who go to churches and have Pastors. Yet their pastors are not preaching about the End Times. Isn’t it funny that we are “smack-dab” in the middle of the End times and the church isn’t preaching or teaching about it? This is crazy!
I believe that part of the problem is also the proof that we are in the End Times – Church has fallen away. It seems in many cases that the secular world is more in tuned with what is going on spiritually – more so than the church of God. The World continues to produce movies that point to some catastrophic event in the future: Armagaddon, Sudden Impact, Deep Impact, The Day After Tomorrow, 2012, I Am Legend, The Book of Eli, etc. I’ve heard News Commentators even say recently, “the World Is on Fire” but I guarantee most churches haven’t changed their programming one Iota. I guarantee you 100% that the Sunday after the 9.0 Richter Scale Earth Quake Hit Japan, Joel opened his sermon up with the usual joke “Okay a Priest, a nun, and a Baptist goes into a bar…” “Maaan aint not time for jokes.” I guarantee you most of our churches are so spiritually blind and deaf that they haven’t noticed anything. We are still getting ready for irrelevant conventions, our little fleshly conferences, our little Sunday afternoon services – our little women’s retreats and nothing is wrong with some of those things – but at some point shouldn’t the church be leading the discussion in providing insight to what is going on in the world? No but we are just busy with business as usual. This would be where Revelations depicts the church would be right before the Rapture of the Remnant. According to Rev 3:20 , the last day church would have put Jesus outside and he would be knocking to get back on the inside.
The very few Christians or Churches I hear talking about End-Times especially in the black church, are so “throwed-off” I can hardly stand to listen to them. In the last three years I have heard some of the weirdest explanations about the End-Times coming from, not the world, but the Church. People just don’t know what they are talking about or are in error, or somethin’. But the church is not to be in confusion about the End- Times. The End- Times is not difficult to understand. It is not some secret that was just “recently” revealed to a few “deep” people – that would be Gnosticism. It is plain and simple just like every other thing that God has done. Salvation is Simple (as one aborigine put it – “He die, I no die.”) The Holy Spirit is Simple. Heaven and Hell is Simple – (Heaven –up, Hell is down!) And the End Times is simple to understand as well. There are many End Times prophecies that can be found in the Bible- but the book of Revelations contains a complete picture of the End Times. For years I have heard older Pastors say, “Stay away from Revelations – it is a difficult and hard book to understand.” The very Name “Revelations” makes that statement a lie. If it was so difficult to understand then why is it called Revelations instead of “Unrevealed.” Because The Revelation of Jesus Christ is just that – a Revelation.
I thank God that right after I was saved at the age of seven, one of the first things that God begin to teach me was about the End Times. Since the age of 8 years-old I begin to tell my family, friends, and anyone who would listen that I believed that Jesus would return in my life time. I am so passionate about this fact that we named our ministry Last Generation Ministries. I was thanking God the other day for teaching me about End Times back in the 70’s because if I would have had to wait until 2011 to learn about end times from the current preaching and literature that is available on the subject I would have been as confused as most of the preachers I hear trying to explain what is going on. If you follow the pattern as set out in Revelations you will not get confused about what is going on. Here is the outline of Revelations:
I . Revealing of Jesus the Lion, the Warrior, the King
II. The Explanation and Prophecy of the Church Age
III. The Rapture of the Church/ The Church In Heaven
IV.Tribulation on Earth
V.Second Coming of Christ to Earth/ Battle of Armageddon
VII.White Throne Judgement/ New Heaven New Earth
On the timeline we are right at the End of Revelation chapter 3. We are ending the church age. How do I know – because there really isn’t much church left. I speak at churches ALL THE TIME in different parts of the country and I have to tell most churches our filled with Religious – Unbelievers. Take almost any Black congregation in the United States through the Salvation Accuracy Test and they 97% of them will fail it.
The organized Church is “shot”! Most of the genuine Christians I meet, have to operate outside the organized church to get anything done for God – but are still a part of the Local church – mainly because the Bible commands us to do so.
We are ending the church age and the next event on the Calendar is the Rapture of the church.
Earlier this month Japan was hit with a catastrophic earthquake.
Truly what Christ said about earthquakes “in divers places” is coming to past:
Matthew 24:7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows (Birth Pains).
Jan. 12, 2010 Haiti 7.0 on the Richter 300,000 people died
Oct 15 2010 – Sacramento 3.1 Dec 21, 2010- Indonesia 5.8
Feb 22, 2011 Christ Church, New Zealand 6.3
Feb 23, 2011 Manilla, Phillipines 4.3
March 11, 2011 Japan 9.0 (the tsunami -see video below)
We know that birth pains grow more intense and are closer together as a mother gets closer to giving birth. There have always been earthquakes,
but check this out:
1900-1910 : only one earthquake measuring stronger than 6.0 on the richter (1906 San Francisco earthquake)
1910-1930 : four earthquakes measured stronger than 6.0
1940’s: five earthquakes measured stronger than 6.0
1960’s: thirteen earthquakes measured stronger than 6.0
1970’s: fifty-six earthquakes measured stronger than 6.0
1980’s- seventy-four earthquakes measured stronger than 6.0
1990’s -over one hundred fifty earthquakes measured stronger than 6.0
2000-today: there are over one million earthquakes a year (did you hear this?)
Now there is a nuclear threat in Japan because of the Earthquake that caused the tsnami that caused the Nuclear Reactors to malfunction. Truly Jesus was accurate when He said that “men’s hearts would fail them for fear of what is coming to the earth.”
I recently took notice of the earthquakes that go on in the world everyday. I ran off 15 pages of earthquakes in the last 7 days. Folks the Rapture will take place any moment- believe that – Be Ready.
Until He Comes…
